Who are MBS Awards & Promotional Gifts?
We are a family business established over 30 years, an accredited member of the British Promotional Merchandise Association and we welcome you to visit our showroom at Unit 1 Kingsway Trading Estate, Norwich, NR2 4UE.
How do I obtain a price on your products and services?
The quickest and easiest way to obtain a price on our products and services is to call us on 01603 616090 or email sales@mbsdirect.co.uk.
How do I place an order?
To place an order, please contact us either via email or telephone detailing your requirements. Alternatively, please visit us at our showroom at Unit 1 Kingsway Trading Estate, Norwich, NR2 4UE.

Please note:
From the 1st October 2016 we will no longer be opening on a Saturday. We will be open from 10am until 2pm on Saturday 17th September and Saturday 24th September 2016.

How long will goods take from my official order?
Dependant on the quantity and product ordered, we expect to complete orders within just a few working days. If an item is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or specify the manufacturers expected lead time.

As all engraved items are processed in-house, all glassware, awards and metal gifts are generally despatched promptly. Promotional Gifts are manufactured and/or printed by factories which operate a 2-4 week lead time.

Please note; we will always quote completion dates at the time of enquiry.
Are prices shown in the catalogues inclusive of personalization?
Not on trophies, metal giftware and glass. We will be pleased to confirm the prices quoted within the web. Promotional Gifts prices are inclusive of personalization in one colour and one position. Additional colours and/or positions will be quoted by our staff.
Is postage/carriage an extra charge?
On small volumes we would levy postage or courier charges (whichever is more secure) and we would inform you of this charge at the time of your initial order. On volume orders we may waive a charge and would inform you at time of receipt of your order.
Is VAT included in catalogue prices?
VAT at the current rate is included in the catalogue, web and quotation prices, except where stated otherwise.
